XRP HOLDERS NEED TO WATCH OCTOBER 8TH & 9TH XRP TREASURY GOES PUBLIC ON NASDAQ OCTOBER 8 ($XRPN) EVERNORTH’S XRPN SHARES REPORTEDLY SURGE 81% TO $42.40 AHEAD OF ITS PUBLIC-MARKET DEBUT Evernorth is preparing for its anticipated October 8 Nasdaq debut, following shareholder approval of its merger with Armada Acquisition Corp. II. The transaction is expected to close October 7, creating what the company says would be the largest publicly traded pure-play XRP treasury firm, with approximately 473 million XRP on its balance sheet. The pre-merger SPAC shares have reportedly climbed 81% to $42.40, with a reported market capitalization of approximately $1.34 billion, reflecting heightened investor interest ahead of the transaction. Backed by investors including Ripple, SBI Group, Pantera Capital, and Kraken, Evernorth intends to provide public-market exposure to XRP while pursuing strategies designed to increase its XRP holdings per share. The planned listing represents another development in the expansion of XRP-focused institutional investment vehicles. XRP LEDGER PREPARES FOR MAJOR OCTOBER 9 UPGRADE XLS-56 BATCH AMENDMENT GAINS OVER 85% VALIDATOR SUPPORT, ENABLING UP TO EIGHT TRANSACTIONS TO EXECUTE ATOMICALLY The XRP Ledger is preparing for a significant network upgrade as its Batch amendment (XLS-56) approaches a projected October 9 activation. The upgrade has secured support from approximately 85.7% of trusted validators, exceeding the network’s required threshold. Once activated, Batch will allow developers to combine up to eight transactions into a single operation, including an atomic execution mode where either every transaction succeeds or none are completed. This functionality could be particularly important for institutional finance, enabling tokenized asset transfers and corresponding payments to settle together, reducing settlement risk and improving transaction efficiency. The amendment represents another step toward expanding the XRP Ledger’s capabilities for tokenization, automated payments, and sophisticated financial applications. October 9 remains the earliest expected activation date, provided validator support stays above the required threshold. #xrp #xrparmy #xrpcommunity #ripple #crypto
