So there's a guy who bought half of a public playground and a judge said it's his. There's a white line on a wall where his half starts. He found it for sale on a property website and even the city told him it was private. He paid about $47,000 for it. A few neighbors said no when he asked the city to take the swings out. So he took off the swings himself, dropped them off at the city hall and got a signed receipt. Later, city workers put the same swings back. He also put up a fence and the city ripped it out and took it. He says he has no idea where that fence went and that technically they stole it. So he sued the city and the court ordered them to give his half back. The city says they're going to appeal it, but if he keeps his half, he said he'd like to build something there, maybe a house. He doesn't know yet.
