I'm not going to pretend I know exactly what you're going through... I don't live in your body. I haven't had to leave a night out with friends because my heart was pounding, or sit in a grocery store parking lot because walking inside felt like too much. But I see it every single day. Most of the people who walk into our clinic have had their lives turned upside down. Normal tests. No real answers. And on top of the symptoms, there's the embarrassment of trying to explain something the people around you can't see. I see you. I hear you. This is real. My goal is simple... hold space, listen, and help you find answers. And for some people, part of that answer may be in the upper neck. #CapCut #fyp #pots #dysautonomia #anxiety
