Got yourself a pair of long socks. Clean one ideally, but that's up to you though. Put your hair in a tall high ponytail and brush it out properly. You should be doing this on dry hair, not wet hair because sleeping with your hair wet and the scalp wet is not good for you. Grab yourself a scrunchie and put it between your index and thumb and then wrap it around your ponytail and make a knot. You're going to split your ponytail into two and keep one behind the back of your head. This step you can add your leave-in conditioner, hair oil, serum, whatever you want to add. Add a little bit of the Kérastase hair oil. If you want your hair to last longer, I would advise using hair mousse. If you have layers, grab yourself duck clips that will hold your layers together. Grab yourself one socks, you see where the heel is, start rolling it to give it a round shape. And just bear in mind the thicker the socks, the looser the curls will be. Start wrapping in and towards you. The tighter you do, the tighter the curls will be. When you get to the top, hold it here, grab your second ponytail and flip it forward. You're going to tie the end of the socks together behind the second ponytail just like this. Do the same to the second section, add your products, the same duck clips for the layers, don't, you can skip this part. Grab yourself the second socks, and this time we're going to roll away from our face like this. Can you see? Now I'm rolling it away from my face. As you roll, remove your duck clips. When you get to the top, you're going to tuck this behind the first bun, bring the ends forward. Look carefully, you can see where your scrunchie is, undo the scrunchie. And if your socks is not long enough, tie the ends with a scrunchie, but mine is long enough so I'm just going to tie the ends together. Now you can sleep on your back and on your sides. I don't get headache with this. For once I get headache while you're sleeping, it's probably too tight on your scalp, so just loosen around it before you go to sleep. Hope that helps.
