Original caption

I thought waking up sore every morning was just "getting older" 🙄Turns out it was my rock-hard mattress the whole time. Added a bamboo topper and I'm getting out of bed like a normal person again, not creaking like I'm 80😭☁️✨ #bettersleep #bamboomattresstopper #bamboo #roommakeover #cozy

Product placement

Bedlore (a bamboo mattress topper) — it ACTS as the primary subject of the video, demonstrated by the creator installing it on her bed, pressing into it to show its softness, and explaining how it solved her back pain and overheating issues. Removing it would change the entire purpose of the video.

I want to tell you why you're waking up with a stiff back after 30. My mattress was way too firm and all I did was change one thing and it was this thing right here. It's a bamboo mattress topper, 3 inches of plush like material on top. You just sink right into it. I didn't have to replace my mattress, all I needed to do was top it. And I love this one because it has really deep pockets unlike the other ones that just go on top. No matter how much I toss and turn, this is not coming off. Yes, bamboo is highly regarded as a natural coolant, primarily because of how it functions when processed into fabrics like viscose, lyocell, or rayon. Rather than acting a mechanical cooling system that actively drops temperatures, it is thermoregulating meaning it excels at managing heat and airflow to keep you comfortable. Since this bamboo, it is actually cooling. I am such a hot sleeper, I wake up drenched in sweat. I have not had one of those nights since adding this. Feels like a giant pillow for your bed. I wake up with a stiff back, a numb arm, I don't wake up sweating. This literally changed everything for me and I didn't even have to replace my mattress. It was such a simple fix. Just keep in mind that these sell out so fast. They have a variety of different colors and styles. If it's still available, I'm going to try to link this one right at the bottom of the video.
