the day I handed in my resignation (yes, I had a 3 month notice period) the final push I needed to finally do it and choose ME was falling incredibly ill with acute laryngitis. I’d been off sick all week, feeling sorry for myself and with a lot of time to think and by the Thursday decided to pull myself together enough (hence why I look SO terrible, I was super sick) to hand in my resignation in person. I realised enough was enough and that no one was coming to save me but me #corporatedropout #kacorporategirly
