If I could go back and do two things differently after discovering my husband’s infidelity, these would be at the top of my list: 1️⃣ A full disclosure timeline. Not trickle truth. Not finding out pieces months or years later. A complete, honest timeline so the betrayed spouse can begin healing from the truth instead of repeatedly being retraumatized by new information. 2️⃣ Clear boundaries. Not to punish my husband, but to find out how serious he actually was about rebuilding trust and doing the work required for recovery. #betrayal #infidelity #boundaries #cheating #betrayaltrauma
