On-screen text
I never got to heal, I just kept moving.
I had to, no one has ever come to save me, I had to do it myself.
My trauma lives in my DNA. It has settled into the deepest depths of my being. It is the only constant in my life.
I don't reach out, because I am a lot I dump pieces of my demons on people. I'm afraid to truly tell anyone what I've seen, experienced, and deal with on a daily basis.
And I truly do not know of I will ever live a truly happy life. I'm usually too afraid to leave the house. I have to believe this will not be my forever
