I often hear “the shelter only has pit bulls” and while there are a lot of pitties, there are also a ton of other types of dogs. All ages, all sizes, and all personalities and energy levels! There’s something for everyone (I’m always team pittie 🤷🏼‍♀️) If you think you can’t adopt from a shelter due to breed restrictions where you live or because you assume it won’t have the type of dog you want, I promise there are lots of options for you! These are a few of the non-pittie pups at the shelter and doesn’t include all the ones in foster that are also available for adoption! Message me if anyone catches your eye 🐾 🏡available for foster or adoption at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Animal Care and Control #shelterdog #fosteringsaveslives
