Find her, wherever she’s hiding. Tell her not to be afraid anymore. Come out of the darkness, beautiful. You are not alone. I’ve got you. ❤️ Give her the love she always deserved. Hold her close, forgive her, protect her, and remind her of her worth. Pour all that love you’ve been giving to others back into yourself. Self-love will save you in ways you never imagined. And please, listen to your body when it’s rejecting someone. Pay attention to how your body feels around certain people. Sometimes your body senses the stress your heart is trying to ignore. Don’t mistake constant anxiety, fear, and emotional exhaustion for love. Your peace matters, too.
