I don't know why more people aren't talking about this Abercrombie Pink Tax situation, but this is blasphemy. On the left is a men's 100% merino wool crew sweater for $85. Okay, $85 for a 100% merino wool. Cool. Now on the right is a women's wool blend crew neck sweater. But what's that? It's also $85. But wait, it's only 40% cotton, 35% nylon, and 25% wool. That's weird. They're the same exact price. No excuse in the book could justify something like this. This is ridiculous. Always nice to see that pink tax is alive and well. And don't get it twisted, I say this with sarcasm. Clothes made of plastics and acrylics break down substantially faster than clothes with all natural fibers, which means the garment's going to break down faster, which means you're back inside their store soon enough to replace it. So if anyone has any suggestions from other brands, I know Quince has been highly renowned, but I'm not familiar with their stuff. So let me know, could this be a better alternative?
