However, functional damage AND aesthetically displeasing DENTS (especially on semi-solid and hollow jewelry) are always disclosed as they have a very negative impact on the overall appearance. BUT.. with (SOLID) VINTAGE GOLD it’s a different story. Superficial scratches, chips and gouges are always going to be present. They would only be disclosed if they were extremely noticeable. When shopping vintage, you have to be willing to accept these “beauty marks”.
