Today I'm going to be showing how to do a glueless wig install which is perfect since Halloween is right around the corner and sometimes you just want to wear a wig for the day. I'm starting off with my hair braided to the back to ensure the wig doesn't look bulky and now I'm going to spray and slick all the hairs back. This is super important because we have to make sure that there's no hair sticking out to secure the wig cap to our skin. I use the Kiss adhesive spray for this and then I use a blow dryer on cool to dry it down. I'm then going to put on my wig cap and this is important to really stretch it out. You want to stretch it out past your hairline because we're only going to be securing the thin part of the wig cap. Before we start spraying down I actually like to pull it down past my ears and cut a hole around the ears to make sure that it lays flat on the sides. You're then going to take your adhesive spray and spray it all along the hairline. Make sure to dry it down with your blow dryer on cool and then once it's fully dry we're going to begin to peel back the excess cap and really get close and cut around the hairline. Once you finish cutting off the excess cap you're going to want to go in with some foundation to try to blend the cap to your natural skin tone. I then like to go in with some witch hazel around the hairline just to clean off any excess makeup. Once your wig cap or bald cap is secured you want to go ahead and try on the wig. I like to use a butterfly clip just to keep all the hairs back while we're working and then we're going to separate two sections of hair by the sideburn area. This is what you're going to use to move the wig around and to be able to get as close to the skin as possible while you're securing the wig to the skin. Now we're going to begin spraying. I like to personally wear my wigs in front of my natural hairline because my hair is very dark and most of the time I am wearing a light colored wig. So here I am to spraying in the perimeter around the hairline before my natural hairline. I do two layers of spray. Again this is only going to be for a one to two day use so you don't have to go crazy applying multiple layers. When you're securing a wig with adhesive spray you kind of want to work a little quickly because it does dry down all the way and if you let your adhesive spray dry down all the way then the wig is not going to stick. You want to start with securing the middle section first so grab the wig by the hairs and pull it down into where you put the adhesive spray and you're going to grab the wig by the two sideburn pieces that we took out earlier to secure it around the sideburn area. You're then going to want to grab a brush or a comb to secure the lace into the skin. I like to go in with the back of the comb the front of the comb and really make sure that I'm taking my time in making sure that the lace is into that adhesive spray and then you're going to go around with a blow dryer on cool to make sure that it's actually dry. I like to go in with the comb and almost tease the hairline because I want to make sure that just the lace is secured to my skin and not the actual hair. By this point the lace is already secured to the skin. Now we're going to go in with the lace melting spray and I'm going to go in with a small detail brush and go along the hairline to really make sure that the lace is melted into my skin. Make sure to dry this part before you put on your lace melting band and I'm going to leave the band on for 10 to 15 minutes to really make sure that everything is blended into the skin nicely. Once you take the band off the hair is pretty much going to be already secure. I did get a little bit of excess spray on my hairline so I'm just going around with that witch hazel again and cleaning up the skin. I go in one last time with my comb again just to make sure that there's no hairs sticking to the skin and it's just the lace that's secured. After that you can brush and style how you like. You can see here I did the pull test and that's pretty much it. Thank you so much for watching and I hope you guys enjoyed. Oh one last thing take off for this is just water.
