Halloween cookie cheesecake bars 🎃 Recipe: @audreybakes !! 🤌🏻 These turned out sooo good! Ingredients: 2 boxes Pillsbury pumpkin sugar cookies 2x 8oz cream cheese (room temp) 1/2 C granulated sugar 2 tbsp sour cream 1 tsp vanilla 1 tbsp AP flour 1 egg (room temp) Sprinkles Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Grease/line 8x8 pan with parchment paper. Place pumpkin cookies in pan and bake for 9-12 min. (I baked mine for about 9 min, a little under baked) Let cool. Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, vanilla and flour until combined. Add egg and mix by hand. Fold in sprinkles. Pour cheesecake batter over cookies crust and smooth top, reduce temp to 325 and bake for about 30-35 min until edges are set and middle jiggles slightly. Cool for 30 min room temp, then chill for at least 3 hours. #fallbaking #halloweencookies #halloweenbaking #cheesecake
