Rumor has it I have not stopped crying (happy tears) or slept since!! Also, this week i have felt physically better than I have in MONTHS and i am more grateful for my habits + routines now than ever. My habit of working out truly has made recovery so enjoyable (minus the stitches lol but that was out of my control.) @Jake Spinek @lily sacco
