You have been promoted to a senior leadership role and now you want to be seen as a strategic leader, not a doer.

Comment “LEADER” or head to the link in my bio to sign up for our FREE Q&A for the Executiv New Executive Leaders Program. Our next cohort starts October 27th and is designed to help you lead with more confidence, communicate at a senior level, and make the shift from being known for what you do to being recognized for how you lead. To be seen as a strategic leader, you need to: STOP: ❌ Getting stuck in the weeds ❌ Jumping in to solve every problem ❌ Measuring your value by how much you get done START: ✅ Connecting the work to the bigger business strategy ✅ Asking better questions instead of having all the answers ✅ Leading through clarity, influence and your team The higher you go, the less your value is about what you can execute and the more it’s about what you can lead.
