just buy the @Ninja Kitchen crispy pro .. recipe below 🤎 - 3 chicken breasts cut thin (3 -4 cutlets per breast) - 3 eggs whisked & seasoned with S+P - @Coley's Crumbs | Gluten-Free OR Aleias GF italian bread crumbs - heaping mountain of freshly grated parm if you have time soak the chicken cutlets in the whisked eggs for 15-20 mins - if not just dip into egg mixture before breading them. in a separate dish add your breadcrumbs and some freshly grated parm. coat each cutlet in the breadcrumb mixture and press the breading into the chicken making sure the entire thing is coated. place into the ninja crispi pro and spray a light coat of avocado oil. air fry at 390° for 10 mins flipping halfway at the 5 min mark. I add fresh grated parm and flakey salt on top :)
