Some people think leading with love makes you a weak leader. I believe it makes you a stronger one. 🤍 Because leading with love doesn't mean avoiding difficult conversations. It doesn't mean lowering expectations, ignoring mistakes, or trying to make everyone happy. It means caring enough to have the hard conversations. Caring enough to hold people accountable. Caring enough to see the person behind the performance. And caring enough to help someone grow, even when growth is uncomfortable. You can be kind without being a pushover. You can be compassionate without compromising your standards. You can be strong without making others feel small. That's what Love In Leadership means to me. Not choosing between your heart and your standards, but understanding that great leadership requires both.
