Tito P, one of the hosts of “Machong Chismisan,” issued a public apology over a recent podcast episode in which he made derogatory remarks about Josh Aquino, the eldest son of TV host Kris Aquino. “Regrettably, I made remarks that were disparaging toward Josh Aquino and hurt many people who relate to his condition as a person on the autism spectrum, as well as those who have loved ones like him,” he wrote in a lengthy Facebook post on Wednesday. In the now-deleted podcast episode, Tito P called Josh “walang kwenta” and compared him to his younger brother, Bimby. While he acknowledged that he could relate to Josh as someone diagnosed with ADHD, he stressed that this was not an excuse for his “hurtful words or the laughter that followed.” “I am reaching out to those who were directly affected by the remarks to hopefully extend my apologies in person. And I will continue to hear helpful and professional advice as to how to make myself more accountable and more respectful in the future,” he added. #philippinestar #EntertainmentNewsPH #machongchismisan #MentalHealth #autism
