Steal our wake window game plan for our Five-Month Old! ⬇️ We’ve been doing this exact routine on the @the House of Noa Quilted Playmat and LOVE how cushioned it is (especially for sitting practice)! Reach/Grab - I’ve found this works best for us with an overhead activity center OR a crinkly book to the side to reach and roll in once! Roll -We put a noisemaking toy to the right and left upper corners to get him to roll towards them, then help by supporting his hips in the turn front or back! Sit - We put him in a tripod position in front of us with a toy in front! He can balance a few seconds, so hopefully we’ll keep gaining time!
