My family’s Kotlet recipe! I know other cultures have something similar, this is just how we make them🤍 2 potatoes (1 boiled, 1 grated raw) 1 lb ground beef 1 grated onion w/juice soaked out Salt, turmeric, black pepper 1 egg Form them & refrigerate for 30.
