This creamy shrimp pasta is cozy, flavorful, and comes together in under 30 minutes. Perfect for busy nights ✨ Here’s how to make it: Ingredients: • 1 lb shrimp (or protein of choice) • 1 cup fresh spinach • 1 cup grape/cherry tomatoes • 1 cup mushrooms • 2–3 garlic cloves • 2 tbsp olive oil • ½ tsp dried basil • ½ tsp dried oregano • Kosher salt + pepper to taste • 1 Boursin cheese wheel (Garlic and fine herbs flavor) • 12 oz pasta of your choice (use less for creamier pasta) • ¼ tsp crushed chili flakes (optional) Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. In a baking dish, add spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic, and Boursin. Drizzle with olive oil and season with basil, oregano, salt + pepper. 3. Bake for 20–25 min (until tomatoes burst). 4. Cook pasta according to package directions. 5. Cook shrimp (I seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper + sautéed in butter & garlic). 6. Remove veggies/cheese from oven and mash with a fork to create a creamy sauce. 7. Add chili flakes, shrimp, and pasta and mix well. 8. Serve hot + enjoy! #EasyRecipe #easyrecipeideas #EasyRecipes #shrimppasta
