I always show everyone my smile and make it seem like I’m living a happy life. But behind the scenes, I’m silently breaking, carrying pain that I can’t explain to anyone or share with the world. I used to be an innocent girl who loved being kind, helping others, and caring for the people around me. But the way people treated me so cruelly slowly broke something inside me and pushed me into a depression that almost cost me my life. I miss the person I used to be. I miss my innocence, my genuine smile, and the happiness I once had. But after everything I’ve been through, I had to change to protect myself. I never wanted to become this version of me, but sometimes, life changes you in ways you never expected. 🤍
