Before you comment telling me it’s excessive… I know. But the memories I have from my birthdays when I was little and the gratitude I have for my amazing mum who always went the extra mile, are so special and I really hope to recreate that for my daughter. You can tell me she won’t remember them but unfortunately, I don’t believe you. I remember every single one of mine, all the fuss, the party games and the home made cake too. Unfortunately, Eva’s falls right at the end of an exhausting half term and as a full time teacher and mum, I’m palming off as much of the hard work as I can. The party was an absolute success and she enjoyed every minute. Now for round two and three on her actual birthday next week!
