This is either going to be the best or worst thing I ever do to my hair. So two years ago, I got my hair dyed blonde and I loved it, but I didn't realize at the time how freaking expensive it would be to maintain. And after many months of walking around with good old fashioned recession roots, I ended up dying it back to my natural hair color, which is something I have regretted ever since. However, my algorithm has been brainwashing me into thinking that I can dye my hair blonde using box dye. Now, despite the fact that I'm probably not the ideal person to be doing this because I do still have box dye on the ends of my hair, my curiosity was far too peak at the idea that there is a cheaper alternative to going blonde to not at least give this a try. Now, after I mixed the products up, it was a solid five minutes into putting it on my head when the smell was forcing me to have to step out of the room. But we powered through. Apparently, I didn't buy box dye either, this is actually just bleach. Um, okay, I didn't know this, but anyway, they wanted me to apply to my ends first, wait 20 minutes and come back and do my roots. Once I washed it out, the results are definitely not good, but I need you to hear me out guys, I think they are way better than what I did expect. Now, everyone online says that you have to wait a month in between bleaches, but unfortunately, I did not want to walk around like this, so I did end up going to Walgreens the next day and in an attempt to make this look wearable, part 3 tomorrow lmao.
