Mellows Pebble Pillow

Why it worked

The video uses a high-energy, tactile demonstration that emphasizes the product's comfort and utility, combined with a sense of scarcity to drive immediate interest.

Summary

The creator showcases the return of Mellows Pebble Pillows, demonstrating their different textures and features like removable covers. She highlights their popularity and encourages viewers to purchase them before they sell out again.

Structure

1Introduction of the product stack
2Demonstration of the pillow's versatility
3Explanation of the two material versions
4Highlighting the removable cover feature
5Urgency regarding stock availability

Product placement

Mellows (a) ACTS: The creator demonstrates the pillow's texture, shows the removable cover, and explains its features (cloud-cool vs. lush velvet). Removing this would change the video entirely as it is the sole subject. Mellow Sleep (b) APPEARS: The brand name is mentioned in the caption and tagged, but the product itself is the focus of the demonstration.

Transcript

not one, not two, not three, not four, not five, but six mellow pebble pillows. Mellow's viral pebble pillows are finally back in stock. This is the ultimate lounge pillow. It's the type of pillow you want to cuddle with on the couch, or snuggle up with while you're reading a book, or you just need something to hug. And they made two different versions. These ones are cloud-cool so they're silky ice-cold to the touch. And then the lush ones are this super soft velvety material. And of course, the covers come off so you can throw them in the washing machine. They sold out the same week of launch and are already selling out quick because of the sales, so if you see the color you want, I wouldn't wait.
