El Poco Cantina owner Richard Ken “Tots” Ramirez finally made it to the Michelin Guide's ceremony for its 2027 restaurant selection on Thursday. "['Di] na 'to scam!! Finally, naka-attend na siya. Thank you so much again for everyone's support!" El Poco Cantina wrote in a Facebook post. Ramirez was unable to attend the Michelin Guide’s inaugural ceremony in the Philippines on October 30, 2025, where El Poco Cantina was first recognized as a Michelin-Selected restaurant, after mistaking the email he received for a phishing scam. The Malate birria taqueria remains Michelin-Selected, joining 85 other food establishments in the same distinction. #philippinestar #EntertainmentNewsPH #michelin #michelinguide
