I always get nervous posting things like this. But if it inspires even one person to start saving, investing or taking control of their money, it’s worth it 💛 Four years ago, all I had was a savings account! Since then, I’ve worked 2-3 jobs at a time, spent the bare minimum and learnt everything I could about money and investing. I built the foundations of this working in retail, cafes, bars and my 2 grad positions. It was the extra shifts, the spending I said no to and the small choices I kept making, even when the motivation wasn’t there.. It hasn’t always been fun, easy or glamorous. But seeing the options, opportunities and financial security those years have given me now? I don’t regret it!
