Kinder Bueno Cookies 🍪 : For 6 XXL cookies 320 g all-purpose flour 1 large egg 150 g sugar 200 g butter, melted 1 sachet vanilla sugar (approximately 8 g) 1 heaped teaspoon baking powder 100 g dark chocolate chips For the filling and topping Kinder Bueno cream or chocolate-hazelnut spread Kinder Bueno pieces, for decorating Extra Bueno cream, for topping Instructions 1. Freeze the filling Scoop the Kinder Bueno cream into six portions and shape them into small balls. Place them in the freezer until firm, approximately 30–60 minutes or until easy to handle. 2. Prepare the cookie dough Add the flour, egg, sugar, melted butter, vanilla sugar, and baking powder to a large mixing bowl. Mix until a thick cookie dough forms. Allow the melted butter to cool slightly before adding it to the egg. 3. Add the chocolate chips Fold the dark chocolate chips into the dough until evenly distributed. 4. Fill the cookies Divide the dough into six equal portions. Flatten each portion into a thick disc and place one frozen portion of Kinder Bueno cream in the centre. Wrap the dough around the filling, sealing the edges completely. Roll each portion into a large ball, making sure no filling is exposed. 5. Chill the cookie dough Place the stuffed cookie dough balls in the freezer for approximately 30 minutes. This helps the cookies keep their shape while baking. 6. Bake the cookies Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) using conventional top-and-bottom heat. Arrange the cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving plenty of space between them. Bake for approximately 15–20 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden and the centres remain soft. Avoid overbaking if you want a soft, gooey centre. #BakingRecipes #recipes #FoodTok #viral #fyp
