#PrincessAnne's daughter-in-law's new interview has caused an outcry among some supporters of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. #harrietphillips , who married #peterphillips in June 2026, has drawn positive reactions from the royal family. after her media talks. Palace sources, according to Richard Eden, indicate that senior royals are "not remotely bothered" by Harriet’s high-profile media presence. They describe her low-key approach and focus on charity work, such as her patronage of Home-Start Cotswolds, positive and well-received. The new member of the royal family has also shared a warm relationship with the Princess of Wales, noting that she feels comfortable looking to Catherine for advice and guidance. Eden and other commentators have contrasted Harriet’s glowing coverage in Hello! magazine with past media appearances by Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, arguing that Harriet has emphasised family support and charity rather than public grievances against the institution. Meanwhile some royal fans accused the Duchess of being "jealous and envious," as they dropped their words in the comments section. "If she had behaved herself when she first married Harry she too might have now been appreciated and made welcome in the royal family," wrote one.#meghanmarkle #duchessofsussex
