Mr. Beast, Squid Game YouTube video cost him $3.5 million to make. The video was sponsored by mobile games, who may have helped pay the prize and some of the video. Now, with this insanely huge production budget, did this video make money or lose money? Make money, lose money, make money, lose money, part number two. All right, now these second way that Mr. Beast makes money off these videos is through sponsorships. It has been reported that Mr. Beast makes just under $400,000 per sponsorship in 2021, which to me seems very, very accurate. There's one thing that they're not accounting for, and that is that this is Mr. Beast. Some of the top tier celebrities and Mr. Beast would be a top YouTube celebrity, garner higher prices, like with the Rock and mainstream movies, he garners a higher price because he is the Rock. So this $400,000 sponsorship seems on par to someone that doesn't have the cachet of Mr. Beast. From my personal experience, I would say that Mr. Beast is charging a minimum of $1 million per sponsored video, especially for a video with as a Squid Game video hat. So for this specific video, the sponsorship price tag comes in at $1 million. Let's add that to the bank and we are officially in the green, baby. Let's continue to though we're not done.
