Out of 99 applications, I had 82 no replies, 13 rejections, and I only got 9 coding assessments and 2 interviews. But notice that out of all of this failure and rejection, those 2 interviews led to 2 offers, one of which I accepted. The main point is that rejection is a part of the process at entry level.
