So here's my laminated paper and then I made the That waiting room was the best thing I used last year. Well one of them. I used it as a middle school teacher and I basically used it just for conference. You could probably use it for multiple things, but I just use it once a week to check in with the students. It did a lot for us. It allowed me to check in with all the kids and make sure they were all good. But not just like for me those bonds, but in terms of like overextending myself and like trying to remember all of the things that I didn't grade or all of the things that I forgot to do, I would immediately change their grade during that conferring and it would be immediately updated. This was also a great thing to like hold students from constantly asking me um kind of talk about my grade. Can I talk about my grade? Can I talk about my grade? Can I talk about my grade? And I would say, we'll talk in conference. So definitely use some sort of waiting thing. You don't have to use mine, but mine is free on PPT. Um the instructions are in that video. I stitched and um also everything in my PPT is free. So there's also a slides uh that goes with the the conference waiting room thing. Um but it's really great. It's a great beneficial thing to have to have like a conference day and use a waiting room. Um yeah, so Yeah.
