Fines and more for attendance- must have approval before vacations, if missing for a few days a doctors note is required 4. Kindergarten is mandatory, so is TK 5. Cap on classroom sizes 25 (20 with older students) 6. One day a week is for teachers but that one day for students is electives: PE, art, music, computer lab, home skills, etc,
