Is your spreadsheet struggling to keep up? Learn why it might be time for a change! This is gonna sound so ridiculously simple. What we abide by is that everything goes on the project scope. And if it isn't on the scope, it's not getting done. And we tell our clients that up front of like, listen, if you want us to do something and it's not on the scope, you need to tell me. There's like a point of last refusal of like, okay, did I get everything? And it's like we walk through every every item on the scope to make sure we've addressed everything that they want. And then at that point, because it's all written, you're not depending on the verbal agreement. So that's why most people suffer from turnover. We don't suffer from turnover. I mean, we we have turnover, but it doesn't hurt us like it does most companies. We use the hell out of just spreadsheets. We have this master spreadsheet called our production brain. It's got 20 tabs. It's like there's one grid on it that's probably got 10,000 cells with information.
