My wild nursing thought of the day is that everyone will, at some point in their life, be cared for by a nurse. Yet, nurses are underpaid, underrespected, and undersupported. Meanwhile, random celebrities are paid millions of dollars to promote products and simply show up. Like wow... when you think about it, the systems we've created as humans are so backwards. Shouldn't people who dedicate their careers to healing others be the most respected and most financially supported??? Truly confused!
