I built an AI Call Center for a Fortune 500 Company and it saved them $36,000 in the first month. Here's how. With a combination of Air AI, GPT, and Twilio, I was able to set up an AI agent which replaced 90% of what a human agent could do at 5% of the cost. It handled two scenarios extremely well. Number one, questions about shipping, policies, and subscriptions. And number two, handing off to other departments in the company. And the best part, when the AI didn't know the answer, it would tell the customer that it'll get back to them or transfer them directly into one of the human agents.
