AI cold calling is here to stay, but most people f*** it up. Thankfully, I've built over a thousand voice agents, so here's an opening sequence that's proven to work. Our first line is, 'Hey, is this [first name]?' which induces an instant response. The second line is, 'Do you have 30s?' This automatically sets an easy expectation and reduces friction immediately. The third line would be a very simple elevator pitch of your offer, and then asking if they have some time later in the week to speak about it more. The models I've created are able to book and send in confirmation live on the call, making it super easy for the clients. And please, do not think this AI is going to close the calls. They simply warm up the client and qualify. Then a human closes, which will always be the best way. And as always, I go by the name of Sam Irami.
