The best way to make money is to learn the language of money and then apply it in a way that you see deals all around and you get to execute on the best one of them whether it's in single family property management, podcast production, it actually doesn't matter. If you don't believe me on that, go look at my holding company. It's called Main Street Holding Company. Look at all the types of businesses we have in there. We got solar business, we got painting, we got window cleaning, uh, we got podcast production. We sold that business. What we used to like, it's all over the place and it's not just me that is if you go and look at private equity companies, they're all over the place too.
