Getting Rich = having this WEALTHY Mindset. Stop settling for paycheck to paycheck survival, it's a losing game. One, you've gotta level up your skill stack. Everybody of course wants to not do an hourly wage. I've been in a company before where I got paid 20 bucks an hour to do this thing. I had to be there for that set hour. I was not paid for the things that I created or for the success that I had. I was paid for my time. They stole a piece of my time and for that piece of my time they gave me $20. That is not a good long term game to play. It is a great short term game to start with and you shouldn't feel bad if that's where you're at. Just know you don't wanna stay there forever. This is called not trading your time for money, but trading your execution and outcome for money.
