Di level enterprise, bug bisa aja ngerugiin perusahaan dan stakeholder secara materi maupun nona baik. Belajar cara bikin test yang nge-cover semua case jadi salah satu yang tersulit buat gw. Ternyata selain hard skill, soft skill untuk komunikasi dengan sesama member tim juga penting. Kita gerak sama-sama, dan hampir selalu kita minta bantuan sama orang di tim kita, entah itu ngoding, ngertiin business value, atau bahkan sekedar bercanda buat ngurangin stress. Ternyata level pendidikan ga jadi faktor penentu untuk bisa sukses sebagai programmer. Apapun background pendidikannya, selama kita bisa ngebuktiin bahwa kita punya value lebih, pasti akan bisa dipercayakan lebih/punya posisi yang cukup tinggi. Apalagi di environment multinasional/internasional, merit > background. Ikut lomba, kontribusi open source, bikin konten di social media, bikin project iseng, bahkan hal-hal yang ga ada hubungannya sama programming, tetep jadi value lebih yang harusnya kita bangga kalau punya hal itu.
