The first is to know that you have about five minutes to pitch, after which you're going to have five minutes for a Q&A from the panel. Yup. Um, the other thing you should know is that we're going to be recording your pitch. So as soon as you've heard the sound that it's being recorded, you may begin. And then lastly, um, you will probably receive a um, uh, note in the chat for me when you have one minute left in your pitch, just giving you a heads up, um, that you're, that you're, that you're running out of time. Um, do you have any questions on your side? Um, no questions, all clear. Awesome. Okay. So you may begin as soon as you hear the notification. No problem. Recording in progress. So one, thank you for having me everybody. Again, my name is Andre Pear. I'm the founder and CEO of UnTap Solutions. Take a little bit about my business is, it starts off really telling you all about me. So I spent about six and a half years in a New York state prison from the age of 22 to 28 years old. Um, and actually a lot of people think being in prison is the hardest thing. For for me, getting out of prison was really the hardest thing. Going back to case management services, public assistance, re-entry programs, hospitals, everything I needed was a different stack of paperwork just because I had this criminal conviction. Um, and as I got through that, you know, it took me about two years to really get through that struggle of just getting a basic job, basic health care, and just a basic, um, things that I needed. Nothing fancy, and that was a whole two-year journey. After that two-year journey, I said, hey, I wanted to give back. My give back was to become a case manager, social worker. And when I did that, I realized really quickly that this was not going to be the way to give back. Case management is screwed. Um, these systems are allowing me to set, tell survivors of domestic violence, tell people coming home from prison just an hour ago that, hey, I have your name on file and this referral will take a few weeks. And I, again, in 2019, I realized we're in an age of technology. This is a really screwed sector, and I wanted to do something about it. I quit my job as a social worker at that time. I went back into doing fitness because I felt like I was at least helping more people there, and I started to dream and think of a different kind of case management system, and with that, UnTap Solutions was born. So UnTap Solutions today, we are a new kind of case management system that allows government agencies, case management agencies to not have a system that reminds them of their clients' names, doesn't remind them of, oh, this client has seven needs, they're homeless, they need a new house, they need a job, they need all these different things, but actually acts on getting them these things using artificial official intelligence before it even got hyped up and cool two years ago. We were able to develop a system and launch it that helped over 40,000 people, got us in the Financial Times newspaper by just putting in their data into our system, saying they were homeless, saying they were formally incarcerated, and our AI was able to say, oh, this person has bank robbery, they can't work at the bank, we can place them here, we can house them here. This survivor of domestic violence wants to get away from her abuser, put the zip code of the abuser in, and we will relocate here to to services that are opened and available, all using open technology.
