This is what AI gurus don't tell you when selling automations. A lot of gurus say that you can sell a simple AI agent like this for $3,000. But the truth is, for you to be able to sell this agent for 3,000, it has to make your client at least 4 to 6,000 in return, otherwise it doesn't make sense for them to buy. Businesses aren't just implementing AI because it sounds fancy. They're implementing AI so they can ultimately increase profit. And AI does this in two ways. One, increases revenue by providing a better service and bringing in more customers or two, by using AI to cut costs and increase efficiency. So if the AI tool your building doesn't clearly do one of those two things, increase revenue or decrease costs, it's not going to sell and that's where most people get stuck. They build something cool but not valuable.
