I just created an AI agent that will automatically create me a proposal deck and send it directly to the client straight after we have the call. I'm saving about 10 to 15 hours a week with this at the moment. Let me show you how it works. So the first thing you wanna do is you wanna go to N8N. Then the first note is an on form submission. Now this form you can get the AI to automatically fill out after you've had the call with the client. We then gonna connect it to an AI node. The AI is then gonna take the information from that form, and it's going to create all the copy that you need to fill out the pitch deck. We then attach it to our Google Drive and get it to replace the wording within a deck. And as you can see here, it fills out a specific copy on each of these slides. And then it will schedule it in my inbox so I can send it to the lead. I know a number of companies using this and they're saving hours per employee per week.
