Lost £1000. I didn't realize I needed a special license to sell medical apparatus. This is a thermometer, it comes under that umbrella, and I didn't do the proper due diligence and now I'm stuck with them. I'll be honest, I find it difficult to make this video because you do feel like an idiot. This is the reality of e-commerce. This isn't my first loss and it won't be my last either. And if I'm being honest, I think if it wasn't for the losses, I don't think my business would be where it is today. Enough of that motivational rubbish.
