I don't know who needs to hear this, but let me tell y'all something. First of all, we have absolutely no control about the mobile app and its rules and who makes it and what we can do and can't do. We just get told simple information just like y'all. If you place a mobile order for McDonald's, that same device you use to place the order needs to be at the store when you pick it up. No, we can't find your order if you have a screenshot. It's GPS tracked. And yes, you got charged for it, but if you don't pick it up, that's going to reverse into your account. It's not going to process. And if you place it at the wrong location, that's on you.
