I was on the verge of a crash out, so I did what anyone would do. Threw it out, got in the car and drove two hours to the nearest Micro Center. Because I was on a mission to find the best gaming laptop on the market. After about 6 to 7 minutes of searching, I finally found it. The Crosshair 16 HX AI. This is one of MSI's newest mid-range gaming laptops. And at first glance, it just screams premium because it's got a beautiful RGB keyboard and a cool dark gray chassis. With a 16 inch QHD+ 240Hz display and the power to actually take advantage of it, it's safe to say I don't regret my purchase. And thanks to the RTX 5070 with DLSS 4 technology, paired with the Intel Core Ultra 7 255HX processor, I can finally play anything. From the latest triple-A titles in 4K to running my productivity apps with no problem. And I honestly can't believe I was gaming on this old brick for years.
