You want to add your text. Now add a green screen. Then you want to export it. Then add the video you just exported as an overlay. Then chroma key the text to 100 intensity. Then go to the video and adjust the graph just like me. Then export the video. Delete the green screen and reset the adjustments. Add the video you just exported as an overlay and chroma key the background to 20 to 46 and you're done.
