Record yourself reaching up and tapping the space above you. Import your clip into the edits app. Then scrub to the point where you tap and add your text. Style it however you like. Then resize and position it above you. Now, move forward a few frames and add a keyframe to the text layer. Scrub back to the start of the text layer and scale the text down until it's barely visible. And finally, at the exact moment you tap, add a pop sound effect. And that's it. Effect done.
