I'm gonna teach you how you can build an AI receptionist for any business in under 60 seconds. First, head to chatgpt.com and type in this prompt: build me a full AI agent for a landscaping company that can handle appointment bookings, including tone, script, and goals. ChatGPT is gonna spit out a very long prompt and you're gonna want to reprompt it by saying, include this information into a copy and paste prompt for retell.ai. After ChatGPT is all set, you're gonna want to copy this prompt and then head to retellai.com. You're gonna then wanna go over to create an agent, voice agent. You're gonna wanna hit conversation, start from blank, create. Then you're gonna want to paste the prompt here and then hit save. It's gonna give you a basic name that you're gonna want to change to something realistic like Liam or anything else. Next, we're gonna want to change the voice. You're gonna wanna click the voice and then go to whatever voice you like. For this tutorial, I'm gonna use Brian. We've got two more things. You're gonna want to scroll down to speech settings and then go all the way down to enable speech normalization. Finally, you're gonna want to go to the welcome node and change it from this basic message to, hello, this is Liam from whatever landscaping company you chose. Once you've changed this, you're gonna want to hit publish and then hit save. Now, if you want to test it, you want to click this little arrow and hit test your agent. Hello, this is Liam from Rockport Landscaping. How can I help you today? Hi Liam, I'm looking to get some service done in my property. Hey, awesome. I'd be happy to help with that.
